Space, a term derived from the Latin "Spatim", is used to describe the place where matter is contained. Any object that occupies a surface is understood as matter.

Scientific studies show that this space is infinite, and that it was created by an explosion that came out of nowhere called the BIG BANG.

The universe is made up of galaxies.Within these galaxies there are planets, satellites, stars, gas, and cosmic dust. our galaxy is THE MILKY WAY.

                                 FACT:                                                                      

When at night we look at the stars in the sky,we are seeing other stars in the MILKY WAY.However, there are many other galaxies besides ours. There are so many that we have not yet been able tcount them all!
